By confirming your booking, you acknowledge you agree to the terms and conditions on this page. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Making your initial enquiry, we can hold the date (pencil you in) for 48 hours before we need to confirm your booking. If you have changed your mind during this time, please let me know.
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit (of the full booking fee/invoice) within the next 7 days upon confirming, unless prior arrangements have been made privately with me, to suit your pay cycle. Deposits are made to keep your time slot open to your event only & no bookings will be accepted to clash with your time, so you can be assured that we'll be at your event on time. Please also note, we have Afterpay, Laybuy & Genoapay options available with booking/payments via our website, for ease or weekly - #buynowpaylater options to help you out.
If you make any changes to your event or event is postponed once you have booked, we will try our best to accommodate your needs, same day time changes: it may be difficult to adjust the time and location on busy weekends, due to events either side & travel time frames.
Travel charges may apply.
Generator hire fee will be added to invoices as required (where a power point is not easily accessible).
If EVENT is cancelled:
More than 1 MONTHS NOTICE - any money paid will be refunded minus the booking fee or money is transferrable to a new date (if I'm available)
Less than 3 WEEKS NOTICE - no refunds will be given from the deposit. If no payment has been received yet, then 50% of your invoice/service fee must be paid.
Less than 10 DAYS NOTICE - full payment will be required of the full booking fee/invoice, with 50% of the payment transferable to a future booking. A discount CODE can be given, set & sent to the email address used to book with us.
Less than 5 DAYS NOTICE - No refunds will be given & full payment of your invoice will be required.
Can be made by either bank transfer (ref: Name & Event Date) or online here (once contact has been made for availability/time required is worked out). Invoices can also be requested with payment details attached.
If previously arranged, cash is accepted on the day of event. Please pay upon your artist arriving (at the start of your event).

If a payment has not been made, the artist has the right to refuse service. 
We understand that in certain situations the event or party may need to be cancelled. We will try our best to reschedule to another date if possible. For events that are required to cancel due to Covid-19 Restrictions we will waive the cancellation fee and offer a full refund, less any online fees if payment was made via website.
